Shipping Policy

For shipments to the Contiguous U.S:

Standard Shipping Costs
There is a $8 flat shipping rate. Certain items bear a shipping surcharge based on size and/weight. These surcharges are clearly shown on applicable product pages. Free shipping is offered on orders above $100.

Shipping Times 
The times listed below estimate the expected number of business days it will take for in-stock merchandise to be shipped from our facilities and delivered to you. ("Business days" means Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.) In some cases, merchandise may actually ship earlier than expected. When you choose "Premium" or "Express" delivery, we'll expedite processing in our warehouse and then select the shipping carrier and method designed to meet the stated delivery. Please note: orders being shipped to APO addresses and US Territories cannot be expedited.

Shipping Methods
We currently use two different carriers FedEx and USPS (United States postal Service) for our shipping options. The most appropriate delivery method will be used depending on the weight, shipping destination, and shipping method for your package.

For APO/FPO addresses, all orders will be shipped via our Standard Service only (Expedited and Express ship methods are currently not available for APO/FPO addresses). Standard delivery timeframes (as noted above) do not apply to APO/FPO shipments. The cost for shipping is based upon order amount. Please refer to the Standard rates in the table below. (A surcharge also may be applied to select items due to size and weight) 

Items Shipped Directly from Vendor
Items identified with “Ships Directly from Vendor” will be sent from the product manufacturer/vendor and will be delivered within 10 business days via standard shipping. We are unable to offer expedited or express shipping for Vendor direct ship items.  If you have other items in your order you wish to have shipped either as express or premium, please create a separate order for these items.

Tracking Your Packages
You will receive a tracking number on the confirmation e-mail we send you when your order is shipped. This tracking number can be used to check the status of your package. 

Canceling an Order
You may cancel an order at any time prior to processing . Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders once they have been shipped. Please refer to our Returns Policy for easy returns.

International Shipping

International orders are not eligible for free shipping.

Officialsituation.com is excited to offer international shopping through USPS and Fedex. By placing an international order, you acknowledge that your transaction will be with USPS or Fedex.
